South African coal to Israel

Shir Hever pointed out last week that South Africa still delivers about 9% of Israel's coal (mostly for its power stations). Colombia urged South Africa to follow its example. Ali said ei would follow up on this. Please do. There is no point in shielding South Africa from criticism.
